1. Product Overview

Website Monitor by AAS is a downloadable software plugin designed for automated website monitoring. It enables users to perform uptime checks, response time tracking, and API integrations on their own servers or hosting environments.

We do not offer hosted monitoring services. All monitoring is performed by the user’s infrastructure using the Plugin.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

The Plugin is sold as a monthly subscription.

All payments are securely processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record and payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle customer portal. Access to the Plugin will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.

4. Licensing and API Key

Each subscription includes an API key issued upon payment completion.

This key is tied to a single server or IP. Users may request to change their server/IP by contacting support. Sharing, reselling, or publicly exposing your API key is strictly prohibited.

While we aim to provide timely support and updates, we make no guarantees of continuous availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

AAS Web Systems shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Plugin, including but not limited to data loss or site downtime.

9. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using the Plugin.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Plugin after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
